Internships

Internships students with valuable hands-on experience, feedback, and other benefits. These opportunities can result in students staying in Pennsylvania after graduation, boosting their career opportunities, and strengthening the workforce.

To support the expansion of internships in Pennsylvania, the PA Chamber Foundation is launching a community of practice for employers and higher education institutions focused on increasing the supply of internships for students. The PA Chamber Foundation is also launching the Top Pennsylvania Employers for Intern Award program which will recognize Pennsylvania employers who provide high-quality internships to students. The award program will be aligned with National Intern Day which is Thursday, July 31, 2025. Employers will be able to access the application form in January 2025.
