PA Chamber Insurance, the for-profit insurance subsidiary of the PA Chamber of Business and Industry, recently finalized its first purchase of a book of business from Gar Thomas, owner of Washko and Thomas Agency, LLC. Thomas is a trusted insurance broker who had previously partnered with the company and has since stayed on with PCI as an independent contractor.
