HARRISBURG - ChamberPAC, the political arm of the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry, today announced its endorsement of Tom McGarrigle for state senator of the 26th Senatorial District.
“With a prime location, abundant natural resources and a diverse workforce, the Commonwealth is uniquely situated for expanded economic opportunities, and we need elected officials in Harrisburg who are committed to improving Pennsylvania’s competitive edge,” said PA Chamber President and CEO Gene Barr. “Tom McGarrigle’s experience in both the public and private sectors gives him a unique, first-hand perspective on how government and business can work together to promote pro-growth policies that will lead to more investment and job creation.”
A long-time Delaware County resident, McGarrigle was first elected to the state Senate in 2014. Prior to his work in state government, he served on the Delaware County Council and was a successful small business owner.
