Last Friday, the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry’s Board of Directors elected 11 new board directors and leadership team for 2025 at its Annual Membership Meeting in Philadelphia.
“We’re excited and honored to welcome this diverse new group of business leaders from across the state who bring a wide range of expertise and perspectives that will be critical in improving the Commonwealth’s competitiveness,” said PA Chamber President and CEO Luke Bernstein. “We look forward to our rewarding work in pursuing policies that will advance employers’ and Pennsylvania residents’ growth opportunities in 2025 and beyond.”
The following individuals were newly elected to serve on the Pennsylvania Chamber Board of Directors:

- Justine Kasznica, Astrobotic
- Mark Kempic, Columbia Gas

- Curtis Myers, Fulton Financial Corporation
- Julie Pelkowski, Erie Insurance
- Francis Pudner, PSECU
- BJ Werzyn, West Shore Home
PA Chamber Board Chairman Manuel Mar, Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager at Santander Bank, continues in his role through 2025. Robert Scaer, former President of Gannett Fleming, was elected to serve as the Board of Directors’ first vice chair.
“The past year has been a remarkable one for the PA Chamber, and we have a bold and exciting plan for our membership’s continued growth and effectiveness in the year ahead,” Mar said. “I look forward to leading our board in 2025 and working to strengthen our board directors’ role in Pennsylvania’s success for years to come.”
