WATCH: PA Small Businesses React to Proposed 4X Tax Increase

The PA Chamber recently traveled to West Chester to find out what small businesses think about proposed legislation that would hike their taxes by nearly 300 percent. House Bill 1773 would increase taxes on “net profits” from 3.07 percent to 12 percent. This proposal does not apply to corporate tax filers, thereby disproportionately affecting the most vulnerable population of employers in the Commonwealth: small businesses.
