What is The Keystone Initiative?
The Keystone Initiative is the PA Chamber’s effort to collaborate with the businesses and organizations leading Pennsylvania’s future to create an action plan for the Commonwealth to become the most competitive state in the nation for business. The Keystone Initiative will outline recommendations that policymakers need to take to ensure that Pennsylvania is a preferred location where business leaders choose to invest, innovate, and create prosperity.
How Will the Keystone Initiative be Developed?
The PA Chamber will engage business leaders from across Pennsylvania to build an action plan that strengthens our economic competitiveness for all Pennsylvanians. The initiative will be guided by the Economic Competitiveness and Leadership Committee (ECLC). Through briefings and professional development opportunities, ECLC members will identify metrics that define state economic competitiveness, assess Pennsylvania’s economic competitiveness relative to other states, and develop an action plan to improve Pennsylvania’s standing.
