Every day 10,000 experienced Baby Boomers leave the workforce, creating a “silver tsunami” that is expected to strip organizations of invaluable institutional knowledge and experience.  The “silver tsunami” will result in a shortage of executive talent, less-experienced workers transitioning into decision-making roles, and high rates of millennial turnover.

Organizations that make the right investments in the right people using the right tools will have access to talent that delivers exceptional returns for themselves and their teams. By 2025, 75 percent of the workforce will be made up of millennials. Not isolated to a single company, industry, or region, this demographic shift is one of global consequence.

Those who choose to ignore this demographic shift will struggle to maintain a workforce capable of growing and leading their teams.  The organizations that properly invest in their next generation of talent will be industry leaders and preserve their business legacy while outperforming their competition.

That’s why the Pennsylvania Chamber Educational Foundation has partnered with Solutions 21 and their Next Leader Now program—a customizable, researched-based development approach that ensures your next-generation leaders are prepared to enhance the legacy of your organization.

Webinar highlights

Developed by generational, leadership, and military experts, Next Leader Now incorporates strategies that have been successful in leading teams in the boardroom, on the battlefield, and on the gridiron to create a holistic experience that has lasting impact. This development approach fast-forwards wisdom and builds the muscle-memory habits necessary to go from individual contributor to executive-level decision maker.  Buddy Hobart, President and Founder of Solutions 21 will discuss and review:

  • The silver tsunami; its demographic shift and impact on businesses both large and small
  • How companies can prepare properly for their next generation of talent
  • Strategies your business can use to protect its greatest asset – your employees.
  • Learn about the Next Leader Now program and how it can ensure your next-generation leaders are prepared to enhance the legacy of your organization

The speaker will open up the last few minutes of the webinar to answer questions from participants.
