Unionization: How Employers Can Navigate the New Labor Landscape presented by McNees Law

EVENT DESCRIPTION

Will your non-union business soon attempt to organize? Even if you are determined to remain union-free, the number of union election petitions and strikes are up nationwide. President Joe Biden even recently joined a picket line!

Also notably, a recent decision from the National Labor Relations Board has cleared the way for unions to represent employees, even in cases where the employees voted against unionization. Several other NLRB decisions will also aid labor in organizing non-union workforces, and otherwise empower unions and employees. During this free webinar, employers will learn more about how the NLRB’s decisions will impact businesses, and how the “big picture” is trending to favor big labor to the dismay of companies looking to remain union-free.
