The crisp air, brilliant leaves, nationally acclaimed festivals, and delicious seasonal treats are in full swing in Pennsylvania – and with it, the return of the popular bracket-style contest to determine which autumn favorite reigns supreme as the Commonwealth’s “Best of Fall”!
The PA Chamber’s public voting competition, which kicked off last week, pits 32 of Pennsylvania’s beloved autumnal food and drink, fairs and festivals, and fall experiences against each other over three weeks via the PA Chamber’s X and Instagram pages. Last year, public voting in the inaugural contest crowned Musselman’s Apple Cider the winner.
“Whether it’s football, festivals, or food – Pennsylvania boasts the best fall experiences in the country,” PA Chamber President and CEO Luke Bernstein said in a press release announcing the contest’s return. “We’re home to the longest, most colorful fall foliage season in the world – one of the many reasons our state’s tourism industry generates close to $77 billion a year. But whether you live here or are visiting, there’s so many reasons to travel around the Commonwealth this time of year.”
The contest has already been narrowed from 32 competitors to 16. Voting in the second week of the 2024 “Best of Fall” contest will begin at Noon on Tuesday, November 5.
