Allie Kutz serves as Manager of Government Affairs at the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry, bringing with her extensive experience in government relations, legislative strategy, and political advocacy.
Prior to joining the PA Chamber in 2024, Allie Kutz held the position of Director of Government Relations at the Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers. There, she spearheaded advocacy efforts on behalf of the community banking sector, fostering relationships with key stakeholders within the financial services industry and influencing policy decisions at both the state and federal levels. Previously having served as a Legislative Director in the PA House of Representatives, Allie has worked in a breadth of policy domains. Allie’s diverse professional experience also includes work as a political fundraising and campaign consultant for local, state, and federal candidates and as regional director for a gubernatorial race.
Allie is a graduate of Elizabethtown College, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in education and interned with the PA House Education Committee. Passionate about serving her local community, she is a proud graduate of the Anne B. Anstine Excellence in Public Service Series, a program dedicated to training women for leadership and service. Allie remains actively engaged with several volunteer organizations and was named Female Leader of the Year in 2021 by the Pennsylvania Young Republicans, where she has served as National Committeewoman since 2020.
Born and raised in south central Pennsylvania, Allie and her husband live in Mechanicsburg with their two doodles, Camden & Poppy.
