Jacqueline N. Williams, PHR, SHRM-CP serves as the Chief Human Resources & Administrative Services Officer as well as Corporate Ethics Officer for the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry. She oversees all strategic and operational aspects of the human resources, facilities, and mail & duplicating services departments in support of the Chamber's people, leadership and overall strategic direction. She plays a key role in promoting operational effectiveness, elevating team performance and shaping the Chamber's core values. She is also responsible for property management, company insurance, legal affairs and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Williams graduated summa cum laude from Elizabethtown College with a bachelor's of science degree in business administration. She also earned a Human Resources Management Certification from Villanova University, a Professional of Human Resources Certification (PHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and a SHRM Certified Professional Certification (SHRM-CP) from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Williams is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and the Human Resource Professionals of Central Pennsylvania.
